About The Position

The Business Analyst will be assigned to one of the following capability areas: Medicare Product & Benefit (Part A, B and/or DME), Claims, Finance, Beneficiary, Provider, Clinical Editing. The BA will gather, document and organize requirements from CMS regulatory documentation, support facilitation of client discovery sessions and work stream meetings, assist with creation and maintenance of workflows, create deliverables, and assist the PO with other program activities and deliverables such as IRAADQ resolution/follow-up, writing features and user acceptance criteria.

Requirements

  • 3 years of residential requirements in the US
  • PPT and Visio proficiency
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements on at least one client consulting engagement
  • Experience creating consulting deliverables
  • Experience working in at least one of the following: Medicare product and benefits, claims, finance, eligibility, provider, clinical / claims editing

Nice To Haves

  • Medicare experience / knowledge of fundamental concepts
  • Experience working on a system migration project
  • Process design experience
