We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to support the technology that keeps our employees and operations connected.

The Systems Administrator provides hands-on support for the company’s technology infrastructure, including Azure systems, Microsoft 365, user devices, data warehouse systems, and enterprise Linux/Unix environments. This position maintains critical systems, assists end users, supports disaster recovery and backup operations, and helps ensure reliable and secure technology services throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; five years of related experience and training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Virtualization experience is required. Vmware or Hyper-V
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange Hybrid, and Microsoft Intune and SCCM
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Stack HCI and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Unix environments.
• Working knowledge of Internet Information Services (IIS).
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a changing environment.
• Ability to respond to technical issues with an appropriate sense of urgency.
• Ability to train employees with varying levels of technical knowledge.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability and willingness to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required.

Nice To Haves

• SCCM Experience a plus!
• Network+, MCSE, and virtualization certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise and or automation support for Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune and SCCM
• Maintain and troubleshoot servers Windows and Exchange, Microsoft 365 applications, and related technology systems.
• Manage and monitor backups for company computer systems.
• Configure and maintain disaster recovery solutions in partnership with third-party vendors.
• Configure and manage mobile device policies for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
• Support company and subsidiary websites and email systems.
• Standardize and configure hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to end users across the organization.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access.
• Train IT team members on systems, software, hardware, and daily operations.
• Assist with the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Monitor support activities, resolve concerns, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation.
• Assist with additional IT projects and responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
