This engagement is primarily remote, with the possibility of periodic reporting to BHSR headquarters in Harrisburg, PA for training or meetings, such as monthly collaboration days. The main goal is to provide supplemental support to the Bureau, focusing on the adoption of electronic reporting by licensed healthcare providers. This involves strong communication, customer service, understanding business requirements and workflows, problem identification, and end-user support. The selected contractor will be part of the EDRS Adoption team, assisting external stakeholders (physicians, nurses, and other licensed healthcare professionals at PA healthcare facilities) with EDRS onboarding and enrollment. This includes working with BHSR staff and external stakeholders to perform outreach, provide direct support for enrollment procedures, troubleshoot issues, facilitate access to EDRS, assist with password resets and account unlocks, and recommend strategies for incorporating EDRS into facility workflows. Contractors may also conduct outreach to raise awareness and facilitate enrollment, or provide basic end-user support. This role requires maintaining a working knowledge of SSO and EDRS account request procedures, understanding business requirements and workflows for instructional purposes, referring users to appropriate resources, and providing end-user support.
