This is a temporary project role for a Business Analyst with an estimated duration of 12 months, potentially with extensions. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. The role directly supports the Sales team in processing commercial agreements and acts as a liaison between the Internal Sales Team, Channel Partners, and Customers. Responsibilities include analyzing inbound requests for proposals, account setup, gathering usage data, managing changes to proposals and pricing refreshes, and other aspects of opportunity setup for bidding. The Business Analyst will communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverables, proactively engage in process design and modification for continuous business improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to increase awareness of front-to-end processes. Frequent communication to Leadership on deliverables and status updates is expected, along with performing other job-related duties as assigned.
