They accomplish this by gathering information about users' needs, identifying solutions, facilitating the implementation, support, training, and ongoing resources needed to meet those needs. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of department database applications. In this role, you will manage complex system-related projects, support and troubleshoot department-specific applications, and collaborate with analysts across departments to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and working with both technical and non-technical teams to ensure efficient and effective use of business systems. This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position.
