About The Position

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Wealth Management to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial products, client reporting, and investment processes, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong domain knowledge in Wealth Management
• Strong domain knowledge in Private Banking / Asset Management
• Understanding of Portfolio Management
• Understanding of Asset Allocation
• Understanding of Equities, Fixed Income, Mutual Funds
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
• Strong SQL skills (for data analysis)
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders including Portfolio Managers, Financial Advisors, and Operations teams
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories)
• Work on wealth management platforms, client onboarding, and reporting systems
• Support portfolio management, performance reporting, and client analytics initiatives
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process mapping
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met
• Support regulatory and compliance initiatives (SEC, FINRA, KYC/AML)
• Drive improvements in business processes and data quality
