About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and systems analysis, project management, and healthcare information systems. This role involves documenting processes, identifying capability gaps, managing analysis work, performing gap analysis for regulatory compliance, and implementing various healthcare solutions.

Requirements

15 years’ experience in a business or systems analysis role documenting current and future state business processes and identifying capability gaps in a project environment.
5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, Team Manager or Lead Analyst role providing guidance to other team members and directing analysis work.
At least 1 example must include the implementation of a healthcare information system.
3 years’ experience performing gap analysis activities on ICT systems to ensure that they meet provincial or state regulatory requirements.
Experience should include evaluating systems and business processes for compliance and developing requirements to ensure compliance.
1 year experience implementing the Altera Sunrise suite of products in an acute care setting.
1 year of experience developing requirements for the standardization of clinical documentation in an electronic patient record system on a provincial, regional, or state-wide level.
3 years’ experience implementing healthcare portal solutions designed to support primary care clinics and client enrolment.
Experience should include integration with primary care software.
1 year of experience performing analysis on large-scale systems designed for public health surveillance and disease management.
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Software Development.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
Prince 2 Practitioner certification.
