We are looking Lead business analysis on Guidewire/Duckcreek for large multi stream programs driving requirements strategy process design and stakeholder alignment while guiding a team of BAs to deliver high quality outcomes.

Requirements

• 8 years BA experience with 5 years in a Lead Manager role
• Strong in enterprise analysis Agile SAFe delivery and cross team coordination
• Excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Tools JIRAAzure DevOps SQLdata analysis
• Background Insurance banking modernization cloud migration or platform transformation Duck Creek Guidewire NET.

Responsibilities

• Lead BA team across multiple workstreams define standards templates and governance
• Drive complex requirements elicitation user stories BRD/FRD and end to end process design
• Conduct impact analysis process modeling and solution validation with architecture and QA
• Manage stakeholder alignment prioritization scope decisions and business sign offs
• Support Agile SAFe ceremonies UAT planning defect triage and delivery readiness
