We are seeking a QA / Business Analyst to support software delivery through a blend of manual quality assurance (70%) and business analysis (30%). This role partners closely with Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a focus on manual testing
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or comparable tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing, including creating and executing test plans, test cases, and scenarios
• Identify, track, and validate resolution of defects
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners throughout Agile sprints
• Manage test cases, defects, user stories, and sprint activities using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Create and maintain as-is / to-be process documentation
