Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst within Agile environments .
  • Deep functional expertise in Pet Insurance domain processes and workflows.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Azure DevOps for managing backlogs and requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to act as the "voice of the customer."
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence .

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with API-driven products and technical integrations.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Languages Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision , goals, and roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog using Azure DevOps for requirement management.
  • Capture functional requirements specifically related to pet insurance processes and workflows.
  • Write clear, actionable user stories with detailed acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies , including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development squads.
  • Ensure features deliver maximum value to customers while meeting compliance and regulatory standards .
