About The Position

As a Business Analyst, you will support vendor-led technology initiatives and internal application projects by gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and supporting project delivery activities. This role serves as a key liaison between business users, vendors, and IT teams while ensuring successful adoption through effective communication, training, testing, and production support.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Strong experience creating BRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience supporting vendor-led technology implementations and third-party solution integrations.
  • Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, Agile practices, and business analysis best practices.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional meetings.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and issue tracking.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and requirements gathering activities with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear and testable requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with vendors, project managers, and technical teams to validate scope, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and support communication plans for project releases, enhancements, and organizational changes.
  • Partner with business teams to create training plans, user guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document feedback, and track defects through resolution.
  • Gather and refine requirements for application enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support production issue triage, defect analysis, and documentation of system behavior and resolutions.
  • Assist in driving successful solution adoption and continuous improvement efforts.
