About The Position

APN Consulting, Inc. is seeking a technical, curious, ambitious, and innovative contractor to support the People Insights team. The team transforms data into meaningful visual and verbal narratives, providing actionable insights to help stakeholders make informed people-related decisions.

The Part-Time Qualtrics Dashboard Contractor will support the design, configuration, testing, and refinement of a Qualtrics dashboard. Working with the project team, the contractor will translate defined dashboard requirements into a functional, user-friendly solution, document configurations, and transfer knowledge to the internal team for ongoing maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Deep understanding of HR technology, systems, HR data, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Hands-on experience building and configuring dashboards in Qualtrics.
• Experience configuring and working with Qualtrics Text iQ.
• Experience supporting UAT, troubleshooting, and defect resolution for Qualtrics dashboards.
• Ability to translate defined business requirements into dashboard configurations and visualizations.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time contractor capacity and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Qualtrics dashboards to meet defined business and reporting requirements, including dashboard structure, visualizations, filters, and other functionality.
• Configure Qualtrics Text iQ to support analysis of open-text feedback where required.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshoot identified issues, update configurations, and support defect resolution before release.
• Incorporate feedback from project team members and business stakeholders to refine dashboards and ensure agreed requirements are met.
• Document key dashboard configurations and provide knowledge transfer to the internal team to support ongoing maintenance.
