About The Position

The Business Analyst supports the continued development and client enablement of an enterprise platform for complex business planning and delivery processes. The role works closely with product leadership, client stakeholders, development teams, and QA teams to understand business needs, translate them into product requirements, refine requirements with delivery teams, and support testing and user validation. The analyst leads stakeholder working sessions and translates product direction, design concepts, and client needs into functional requirements, user journeys, process flows, business rules, and user stories with testable acceptance criteria. The role maintains traceability across needs, requirements, stories, testing, and feedback; collaborates with distributed development teams; partners with QA on business scenarios and test coverage; and leads UAT and application validation sessions. The role also triages client feedback, drives findings to resolution, and provides readiness recommendations and analysis to product leadership. For AI-assisted capabilities, the analyst helps define and evaluate functional expectations, including output quality, consistency, explainability, guardrails, and human-review patterns. The role complements the dedicated QA function and is not expected to act as an AI engineer or data scientist. Experience with AI-enabled products is a differentiating capability.
