Business Analyst Sr-UKG
About The Position
Join Southcoast Health, a not-for-profit, charitable, health system with multiple hospitals, clinics and facilities throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We are searching for a talented Business Analyst Sr-UKG to support, optimize, and enhance our workforce management ecosystem. This role serves as a subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, partnering with HR, Payroll, and Operations to deliver scalable workforce technology solutions that improve labor management, compliance, scheduling, timekeeping, and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess functional knowledge of UKG WFM platforms with technical expertise in integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvement. Responsibilities include answering helpdesk tickets and working with the business to troubleshoot and resolve all issues that arise.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Kronos experience
- 5+ years of experience working with UKG WFM (Dimensions or Workforce Central)
- Strong expertise in UKG reporting tools (e.g., Cognos, Dataviews, Analytics)
- Experience in Configuring, maintaining, and optimizing UKG WFM modules including: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Integrations/Interfaces, Attendance, Accruals, Labor tracking, Analytics and reporting
- Experience providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 application support for workforce management issues
- Experience troubleshooting system defects, integration failures, and configuration issues
- Current MVR required
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Responsibilities
- Support, optimize, and enhance our workforce management ecosystem.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for UKG Workforce Management (WFM) solutions, partnering with HR, Payroll, and Operations to deliver scalable workforce technology solutions that improve labor management, compliance, scheduling, timekeeping, and reporting capabilities.
- Provide functional knowledge of UKG WFM platforms with technical expertise in integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
- Answer helpdesk tickets and work with business to troubleshoot and resolve all issues that come up.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, testing, and release management activities.
