About The Position
Meritis is looking for a Business Analyst ServiceNow to join a team working on high-impact projects. The role involves co-leading requirements gathering workshops with the technical lead, assisting business stakeholders in defining and maturing needs, advising on user journeys with a focus on ServiceNow standard features, writing and refining functional user stories, defining data and interface contracts for SAP integrations, and ensuring coordination between business and technical teams.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Experience in requirements gathering and user story writing.
- Understanding of data and interface contracts for integrations.
- Ability to coordinate between business and technical teams.
