About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of minor enhancements to tactical marketing offers and reference table updates. This role involves interpreting business requirements, translating them into structured data formats, and ensuring accurate execution through analysis, testing support, and validation. The successful candidate will collaborate across teams, contribute to project delivery, and provide expertise in troubleshooting system issues related to reference table builds.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience as a Business Analyst across multiple business areas and project types
- Strong understanding of system implementation and enhancement processes
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing interdependencies
- Advanced skills in data analysis and Excel-based data manipulation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting testing activities, including test data creation and validation
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze system-related issues
Nice To Haves
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- Agile or Scrum-related certifications
Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation of minor enhancements to marketing offers, including competitive and ad hoc requests
- Interpret business requirements and translate them into structured Excel templates
- Perform data analysis, validation, and testing support to ensure accurate execution of table updates
- Participate in projects to represent the reference table perspective
- Build test data and support system and user acceptance testing
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify whether root causes are related to reference table configurations
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams for system development and enhancements
- Evaluate new applications and evolving business requirements to recommend system improvements
- Prepare communications and presentations related to system changes and enhancements
- Lead and mentor junior business analysts while incorporating interdepartmental dependencies into project planning
- Work under the direction of a Project Manager to support project delivery
