Managing Product backlog and user stories in Azure DevOPS or similar Incident Response Management and Case Management Documenting API Integration Nice To Have: Experience with UX/UI and testing against user stories Previous OPS experience General Skills: Conducts business analysis at varying levels of detail appropriate to the project and its phases, aligning with: OPS Unified Project Management Methodology Enterprise Architecture and Gating Process OPS Standard Systems Development Methodologies Develops strategies, prepares business cases and cost-benefit analyses, and conducts feasibility studies for business I&IT initiatives. Designs sound processes for requirements gathering, including JAD sessions, interviews, mockups, etc.
