Business Analyst/Project Manager (Google -> M365 Migration)

TEKsystems•Boston, MA
•$80 - $90•Remote

About The Position

TEKsystems's client is seeking two Business Analyst/Project Manager resources to support its migration from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365. The organization has a growing set of activities and outcomes that its existing team cannot manage alone. The role will independently work with business stakeholders to identify requirements, analyze the market, procure replacement solutions where needed, and develop plans to deliver them. For example, the organization uses Google Classroom and needs support identifying and delivering a suitable replacement in the Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands-on, proactive, results-driven role for someone with strong project management fundamentals who can research and analyze issues, facilitate productive discussions, challenge assumptions, identify obstacles, and guide stakeholders toward clear decisions and actionable outcomes. The successful candidate will take ownership and drive transformation initiatives from discussion through execution and completion, rather than simply coordinating or tracking tasks. Experience with organizational change, collaboration modernization, and technology transformation is highly desirable. The position is a contract role based in Boston, Massachusetts, and is fully remote. The stated pay range is $80.00–$90.00 per hour. If eligible, benefits for this temporary role may include medical, dental and vision coverage; critical illness, accident and hospital coverage; a 401(k) retirement plan; life insurance; short- and long-term disability; a Health Spending Account; transportation benefits; an Employee Assistance Program; and time off or leave.
