About The Position

Primary liaison with key Business Stakeholders and IT/Development team in the analysis and delivery of enhancements, projects and products. Elicit, analyze and document clear, concise, detailed business requirements and ensures technical requirements & design meet and support the business needs. Identifies opportunities for improvement in the SDLC and PDLC, makes recommendations, and advocates for improvements as appropriate. Must possess an advanced knowledge level in more than one Allianz business line with basic understanding of the other business lines.

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience required in financial and/or insurance industry including relevant technical and business experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future. This includes holders of H-1B, H4, L-1, L-2, TN, OPT, CPT, and other nonimmigrant visas

• Advanced knowledge level in more than one Allianz business line with basic understanding of the other business lines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the building business cases outlining scope and identifying stakeholders; facilitates and documents As Is, To Be and Gaps Analysis of Business processes
• Elicit, analyze and document clear, concise, detailed business requirements and ensures technical requirements & design meet and support the business needs
• Leads, plans, coordinates, and executes User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the solution delivered meets the business needs
• Leads and creates business readiness plans, including communication, training and production validation
• Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI)
