About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in MS Dynamics 365 to join our team in NYC. This is a full-time, onsite position focused on leveraging your expertise in Asset Management or Finance & Operations modules to improve business processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly in Asset Management or Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, depreciation, maintenance scheduling, and compliance.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for MS Dynamics 365.
• Configure and customize MS Dynamics 365 to meet business needs, particularly in Asset Management or Finance & Operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technical team.
• Support the implementation and deployment of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project planning and execution.
