About The Position

We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes to join our team. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and IT to identify operational challenges, define business goals, and uncover improvement opportunities. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, analyzing, and validating business, functional, and technical requirements, facilitating workshops, and developing key documentation such as BRDs, functional requirements, use cases, process maps, and user stories. This position will play a crucial role in analyzing existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and automation, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with IT teams and software vendors to design and implement solutions, support system implementations and upgrades, and define business rules, workflows, reports, and data requirements. A significant part of the role includes developing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans, coordinating testing with business users, and supporting organizational change management and user adoption through training material development and facilitation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.
Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, MES/MOM, ERP, or quality systems.
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Experience with process mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement.
Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
Experience developing and executing UAT plans and test scenarios.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Power BI, Visio, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar collaboration tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes.
Ability to translate business requirements into effective technology solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience working across manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and IT teams.
Strong process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements management skills.
Continuous improvement mindset with experience supporting process optimization or Kaizen initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple organizational levels.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, supply chain, and IT stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business goals, and improvement opportunities.
Gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
Develop BRDs, functional requirements, use cases, process maps, and user stories.
Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.
Lead process mapping and gap analysis across manufacturing, quality, and support functions.
Support continuous improvement and Kaizen initiatives and track measurable business outcomes.
Work closely with IT teams, software vendors, and project teams to design solutions that meet business requirements.
Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, including solution reviews and deployment planning.
Define business rules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data requirements.
Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test scenarios.
Coordinate testing with business users and project teams and verify solutions against business requirements.
Support organizational change management and user adoption for new systems and processes.
Develop training materials, user guides, and communications and facilitate end-user training.
