About The Position

This internship offers a practical application of classroom learning in the reinsurance industry, with coaching from experienced professionals, exposure to leadership, and mentorship for future leadership development. The role is part of the North American Integrated Analytics team.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to express complex ideas clearly and facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS)
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power BI, SQL
- Experience with software engineering best practices
- Solid communication skills; spoken & written, formal/informal presentation
- Resourceful and able to learn quickly
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Current students who are returning to in-class studies upon the completion of the internship.

Responsibilities
- Supporting technical implementation with clients, including client-facing and internal process flows, requirements gathering and validation, and documentation
- Promote client satisfaction by providing insights to ensure clients get the most out of our platforms, investigate and solve problems raised by clients, document client feedback and share with sales and leadership
- Support the product lifecycle by collaborating with our risk specialists and data scientists to plan, develop, and implement new features and platform improvements.
- Support testing and implementation of new features with clients to ensure accuracy and avoid disruption
- Collaborate across Munich Re functions to understand how our solutions address business needs
- Network with related groups at Munich Re
