About The Position

The Business Analyst Intern will participate in project meetings and learn how business and technology teams work together. The intern will help gather and document business requirements, assist with software and user testing, and create and execute test plans and scenarios. The role also involves identifying issues, documenting findings, and supporting system improvements while contributing to projects across the organization. The internship offers hands-on experience on real business projects, mentorship from experienced professionals, opportunities to build business and technology skills, and meaningful work experience.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Enjoys solving problems and thinking analytically.
Curious, organized, and detail oriented.
Communicates effectively and asks thoughtful questions.
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Has an interest in technology and learning new systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Microsoft Office applications is helpful.
