About The Position

Nasdaq’s 10-week Internship Program offers students hands-on experience, a mentor, networking opportunities with senior colleagues, a real-world project, and professional development activities with senior leaders. The Business Analyst Intern will support the Nasdaq Data Business and develop practical skills in an environment focused on learning, teamwork, and innovation. The position is based in New York City and offers a hybrid work environment with at least three days per week in the office, subject to change.

Requirements

• Be a rising senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester at an accredited college or university and on track to graduate.
• Pursue a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Have a proactive, responsive team mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Be self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects.
• Have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to research topics, synthesize information, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Be comfortable with emerging technologies and AI tools, and willing to experiment with new tools and AI-enabled workflows.
