ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Analyst within the Business Operations group, you will play a key role in transforming complex business information into clear, compelling communications that drive alignment, engagement, and action across the organization. This role is highly focused on communication and presentation development, requiring you to create polished PowerPoint decks and deliver weekly communications that share important updates, promote learning, and keep teams informed. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including content owners outside of your immediate team, to gather information, validate messaging, and solicit feedback on key topics. Your ability to coordinate across groups and ensure alignment will be critical to success. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a keen eye for design and detail, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where clarity, consistency, and quality of messaging are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Communications, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PowerPoint development with a strong eye for layout and design.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messaging.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in internal communications, change management, or communications strategy.
  • Familiarity with corporate communication tools and platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, newsletters).
  • Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and actionable communications for internal audiences.
  • Create weekly communications that effectively convey key updates, drive awareness, and prompt action or learning.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and messaging across all communications.
  • Design and build high-quality PowerPoint decks for leadership updates, team briefings, and strategic initiatives.
  • Transform raw data and input into compelling visual narratives.
  • Apply strong storytelling principles to simplify complex concepts.
  • Ensure presentations are visually polished, professional, and aligned with branding standards.
  • Organize and synthesize information from multiple sources into cohesive outputs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple communication deliverables simultaneously.
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of all materials produced.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional content owners to gather input and validate messaging.
  • Proactively solicit feedback from stakeholders outside the immediate team to ensure completeness and accuracy.
