About The Position

The Business Analyst III provides analytical and project management support to various corporate and business line strategic initiatives according to established Company procedures and applicable legal and regulatory guidelines. This role works independently but receives assistance/coaching from more senior levels and coaches other team members, as appropriate, within their area of expertise. The Business Analyst III identifies, develops, and maintains key linkages with business partners including retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services, and North American business partners such as TD Wealth Management, TD Ameritrade, and TD Insurance. They help senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis on various corporate and business line initiatives, and work with line of business team members/resources to resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, and outside contacts as necessary. This role also works cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes, and adds financial value to the company by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
  • 3+ Years of related experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
  • Exceptional active listening skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
