Requirements

Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in a written format with a diverse group of users, managers, and Senior Managers to foster good relationships with each business unit.
Ability to organize and prioritize various projects and multi-task work assignments.
Knowledge of computer language and database systems.
Ability to work under various levels of supervision.
Skilled in creating process maps to document current business processes, aiding in the identification of inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ability to identify inefficiencies in business processes and implementing effective solutions.
Skilled in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

Identifying, understanding, and documenting business needs and requirements.
Preparing, and proposing solutions, including means to integrate and improve information systems and business processes, while translating business requirements to technical specifications.
