In this role, you will support IT (information technology) implementation and maintenance projects within the Municipal Court by managing project intake, developing project documentation, and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to streamline software implementation and maintenance. This role will analyze project metrics to provide insights on performance, highlight trends, and support data-driven decisions. As a Business Analyst II, you will: Assist with project intake, records management, software maintenance and development, and process documentation. Establish and maintain key performance indicators to assess portfolio performance and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and accomplishments, offering insights for strategic improvements. Create and maintain process documentation, including knowledge articles, to ensure effective communication of project procedures and expectations. Identify project issues and roadblocks, and work collaboratively to develop solutions. Provide resource management and support for key components of the project lifecycle. Other duties as assigned.
