The Business Analyst I serves as a detail-oriented liaison within the City Bank IT organization, partnering with business units, risk and compliance stakeholders, and technical delivery teams to enable secure, reliable, and compliant technology solutions. This role focuses on analyzing banking operations, financial workflows, and regulatory-driven processes to identify inefficiencies, mitigate risk, and translate business needs into clear, actionable functional requirements. The individual will support initiatives across core banking systems, digital channels, data platforms, and supporting enterprise applications, ensuring solutions align with regulatory expectations, information security standards, and operational controls. By conducting impact analyses, mapping current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) state processes, and supporting technology adoption, the Business Analyst I helps drive measurable improvements in efficiency, customer experience, and system reliability. This role requires a self-starter who can bridge business and IT perspectives, simplify complex change for City Bank stakeholders, and contribute to successful project delivery from concept through implementation—while maintaining a strong focus on compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness.
