As a Business Analyst within the Business Systems and Transformation team of Aftermarket, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of how we support our Customers who own and operate our ever-growing fleet of engines. Our engines power critical industries worldwide and our digital initiatives ensure they stay performing at their best. You’ll collaborate with numerous departments including Digital Technology (DT), Warranty Programs, Finance, Legal, Sales, Maintenance & Repair & Overhaul (MRO) and many more to streamline processes, optimize service delivery, and enhance the customer experience through digital solutions based on data-driven insights. Requirements

  • Be an agent of change and thrive in a VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) environment
  • Strong people, influential leadership, collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to strike the balance between high-level understanding and deep dive specific systems
  • Experience in business analysis, digital transformation or similar role
  • Experience and/or certification in business analysis, project management or process improvement
  • Field of studies: Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Technology or Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and process mapping tools (e.g. SQL, PowerBI, Excel, Visio, Jira)
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment; however, it requires a very good knowledge of English (documentation and technical terms, write and communicate with customers, suppliers or international teams)

  • Experience with the following systems would be an advantage: SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Databases

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, data and performance to identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and data-driven improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including programs, finance, frontline, DT, and data analytics to support design and delivery of digital solutions that enhance aftermarket operations.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional and traceable specifications for development teams and translate technical specification to business.
  • Develop test scenarios that reflects business requirements
  • Sequence features and enhancements and drive alignment based on business value, ensuring we achieve an optimal value/effort prioritization.
  • Support change management and adoption, helping teams transition to new systems and digital tools smoothly.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations through clear reports, presentations, and workshops with business leaders.
