As a Business Analyst within the Business Systems and Transformation team of Aftermarket, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of how we support our Customers who own and operate our ever-growing fleet of engines. Our engines power critical industries worldwide and our digital initiatives ensure they stay performing at their best. You’ll collaborate with numerous departments including Digital Technology (DT), Warranty Programs, Finance, Legal, Sales, Maintenance & Repair & Overhaul (MRO) and many more to streamline processes, optimize service delivery, and enhance the customer experience through digital solutions based on data-driven insights.
