About The Position

RISK inc. is seeking a Business Analyst (ERP) with a strong financial background to design and shape financial logic within their ERP systems, ensuring it is correctly translated into technical implementation. This role involves business analysis, hands-on data work, and system design. The analyst will work closely with financial data, validate system logic's impact on results, and influence the accuracy of reporting and business decisions. The company is an international iGaming company with over 1000 professionals in 20+ locations, operating in 10 countries and serving over 300,000 customers.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles
Experience with ERP or large-scale CRM system architecture
Experience with scripting (e.g., Python, SQL or advanced Excel/macros)
Strong experience in process modeling and business analysis
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong communication skills and systems thinking
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian (written and spoken) for internal communication

Responsibilities

Translate financial and business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams, ensuring accurate implementation of accounting logic
Design and optimize ERP processes, including accounting workflows, reporting structures, and cost allocation models
Write and run complex SQL queries to validate data, analyze relationships, and support decision-making
Ensure data integrity and accuracy of financial outputs across ERP systems and reporting layers
Validate the impact of scripts, automations, and system changes on financial results and accounting entries
Collaborate with finance, product, and engineering teams to align business logic with technical implementation
Model and document business processes and system logic
Quickly adapt solutions to changes in business processes and requirements
