Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience (e.g., program evaluation, data analytics, data science, higher level data-related coursework)
1+ years using SQL to extract, transform and load data
Proven aptitude for and facility with change management and care transformation processes
Demonstrated proficiency in consultative skills when addressing complex inquiries from clients, vendors, and customers
Willing and able to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
Develop, enhance, and maintain projects, business initiatives, and analytical models
Support short and long term operational and strategic business activities
Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
Performs complex conceptual analyses
Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues
Design, execute, and maintain data models and analytics used for forecasting and tracking performance of ACES programs
Extract, analyze, and aggregate data from multiple sources and interpret quantitative data to review and guide recommendations
Perform data mining and analyses that impact foundational pricing and risk assumptions
Communicate the results of your work in a meaningful way to internal stakeholders
May lead functional or segment teams or projects
Other duties as assigned
