About The Position

The Business Analyst 5 will conduct business process reviews and requirements elicitation and documentation, including process modeling. The role includes developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development projects, working directly with senior management to facilitate discussions and determine strategy, develop road maps, and build consensus to resolve opposing positions. The position also involves work on projects developing or implementing IT solutions for public use. Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.

Requirements

• At least 7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation, including process modeling.
• At least 5 years developing and/or managing user stories on Agile development projects.
• At least 2 years working directly with senior management to facilitate discussions, determine strategy, develop road maps, and/or gain consensus to resolve opposing positions.
• At least 2 years working on projects developing or implementing IT solutions for public use.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years supporting the development of or compliance with statements of work and/or other work agreements or contracts.
• At least 1 year working with programs governed by state and/or federal regulations.
• Bachelor's degree.
