Requirements

• One year as a Business Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• One year as an Information Technology Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Five years of business process analysis experience
• One year of business process analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree
• An equivalent combination of experience and training
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

• Evaluate system performance, document business needs, and identify process improvements
• Develop testing plans, create scripts, and oversee defect tracking for application updates
• Plan project tasks, gather requirements, and communicate progress to leadership
• Lead staff responsible for testing, documentation, and issue analysis
• Research reported problems, document findings, and coordinate solutions with business and IT teams
• Collaborate with internal units, vendors, and external partners to support system operations
