About The Position

The Business Analyst 2 - OPS provides specialized support for assigned business process and/or system. This is an in-office position located at 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio. Huntington is an Equal Opportunity Employer and has a Tobacco-Free Hiring Practice.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of Business Analysis, Financial Operations, Operational Management, Report Writing experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite products (Excel, Word)
• Research and resolve problems and takes appropriate action to correct the problem while keeping management in the communication stream.
• Must be detail-oriented, strong organizational skills including follow-up on any outstanding items
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment with a high degree of multi-tasking
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in a business related field
• General banking experience

Responsibilities

• Maintains, monitors, updates assigned business process and/or system.
• Researches problems and takes appropriate action to correct.
• Tests and implements business process and/or system modifications.
• May develop and provides user training for new and existing applications, products and procedures.
• Develops and updates documentation to support policies and procedures.
• Develops, generates, maintains and monitors reports, files, and/or other data.
• Responds to questions and may provide specialized support to internal and external customers as needed.
• May act as liaison between vendors and process/system users or between users and other corporate areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
