Your role will be focused on reviewing system needs, gathering useful information, and helping teams keep applications running efficiently. As a Business Analyst 2, you will perform the following duties: System Analysis: Review application needs, gather requirements, and support updates to technology systems. Problem Solving: Investigate issues, identify solutions, and help ensure applications continue to run properly. Testing Support: Create test plans, review results, and help verify that system changes work as expected. Team Coordination: Work with information technology (IT) teams, business users, vendors, and partners to support application improvements. Documentation Work: Write clear procedures, track defects, and document updates to systems and processes. Supervisory Tasks: Assign tasks, guide lower level analysts, and review work for accuracy.
