Requirements

• One year as a Business Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• One year as an Information Technology Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Five years of business process analysis experience
• One year of business process analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree
• An equivalent combination of experience and training
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions
• Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in gathering system needs and helping translate them into design plans
• Examine requirement and design documents to confirm accuracy and alignment with program needs
• Create and refine testing scenarios and assist with report preparation for vendors
• Develop and provide training on IT system processes and related materials
• Monitor change requests, track IT issues, and coordinate updates for vendor meetings
• Troubleshoot system problems and support users as needed
