Requirements

  • One year as a Business Analyst 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • One year as an Information Technology Trainee (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
  • Five years of business process analysis experience; or
  • One year of business process analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • You must meet the PA residency requirement.
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Build Nintex Automation Cloud workflows that support programs across the agency
  • Manage and monitor SharePoint Online site collections to ensure that pages, web parts, and permissions function correctly
  • Develop policies and best practices for the safe and effective use of SharePoint Online and Nintex Automation Cloud
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on how to use these systems safely and effectively
  • Meet with program staff to gather needs and recommend new sites or workflows that improve efficiency
  • Serve as the main point of contact for troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with IT or vendors
