About The Position

The Associate Business Analyst will play a critical role in digitalizing business metrics, supporting executive‑level presentations, coordinating communications, and running the day‑to‑day operational rhythms of the Enterprise Digital Solutions Business Management function. This position provides strong exposure to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams across Enterprise Digital Solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or business management role.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrate business analysis and/or process improvement skills necessary to provide business-engineering, analytical, and architectural services to transition business requirements into enterprise solutions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, and PowerBI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
  • Experience working in Agile environment and basic knowledge of the Jira tool.

Responsibilities

  • Support the digitalization, maintenance, and automation of business management metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze data to ensure accurate, consistent, and reliable information for leadership consumption.
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations, briefing materials, and meeting artifacts for senior leaders.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights and leadership‑ready narratives.
  • Coordinate and organize business communications, including leadership updates, business reviews, and operational announcements.
  • Support leadership forums by managing agendas, capturing notes, and tracking actions and follow‑ups.
  • Maintain business management documentation, repositories, and recurring operational artifacts.
  • Support day‑to‑day business management operations and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and routines.
