About The Position

The Associate Director, Business Analysis, is responsible for driving measurable improvements in platform strategy, project delivery, and operational outcomes – with a direct focus on achieving better financial performance, delivering more value to clients and the enterprise, and reducing risk. The Associate Director develops and maintains systems to track performance, identifies and addresses gaps, and leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize results. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, the ability to lead root cause analysis, and the skills to mobilize cross-functional teams and implement solutions. Additionally, this person manages the book of work for the function, ensuring all projects and initiatives are aligned with strategic objectives and delivered effectively.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Identify and address gaps in foundational management practices, such as policies, procedures, data quality, and service reporting. Lead initiatives to establish, document, and continuously improve these core capabilities to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes to monitor platform strategy, project execution, and operational performance (e.g., OKRs, KPI trees), enabling fact-based, data-driven decision making
  • Own and drive continuous improvement processes to identify performance gaps, lead root cause analysis (across people, processes, governance, tools & technology, data, etc.), and deliver projects to address them. Track and report on improvement outcomes.
  • Oversee the delivery of projects and programs, ensuring robust governance, transparent reporting, effective risk management, and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Document functional requirements for new capabilities and enhancements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including technology, client operations, finance, EDS, etc.) to deliver performance improvements, operational excellence, and strategic initiatives. Influence without direct authority and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
