Are you a self-starter who is solutions oriented and passionate about change management? We have an exciting opportunity within our Claims OPL Change Management team! Our team strives to promote, deploy and monitor best practices and major change initiatives by providing training, tools, data, support and coaching to the business. We aim to provide an integrated view of all initiatives while highlighting changes and impacts on stakeholders in an interactive way. The Business Advisor will work collaboratively with their change management colleagues and with claims stakeholders in tracking & monitoring the change effort nationally, providing insight into the amount of change activity, and implementing change management initiatives or transformational projects.
