Job Summary Perform various duties at ZOLL Canada Service Admin group which include but are not limited to the functions below.
Requirements
- Post High school education in related field or equivalent experience required
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- High attention to details
- Customer focused individual
- Team player with positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Creating quotes for all billable repairs
- Sending all quotes in emails forms for approvals and managing approvals/following up with customers
- Booking invoices for all billable Service Requests
- Producing the shipping required documentation for all items (defibs, parts, accessories) shipping from Service
- Filing and paperwork
- Other tasks as assigned depending on workload
