About The Position

STV is seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Administrator to support Florida Turnpike Enterprise, working closely with the Transportation Operations Leadership. This role provides critical support in program delivery, business operations, financial coordination, and office administration. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. This position is designated to be on the client site 5 days/week in Pompano Beach, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, and format reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documentation
  • Support multiple division heads within the group
  • Coordinate office and inter-office communications, ensuring timely flow of information
  • Process and track expense reports; assist in financial document preparation
  • Support contract administration, including documentation, compliance tracking, and renewal coordination
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
  • Identify process improvements and create templates, tools, and documentation for efficiency
  • Support onboarding of new team members, including scheduling, access setup, and training coordination
  • Attend project meetings; prepare meeting minutes, action items, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain organized recordkeeping systems (digital and physical)
  • Assist with procurement tasks, vendor coordination, and invoice processing as needed
  • Provide day-to-day office support to leadership and project teams
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams and external partners
