About The Position

The Business Administration Intern will support key business processes across billing, purchasing, and contract administration functions. This internship provides valuable exposure to enterprise business systems and financial workflows while offering hands on experience with daily operations. This role will help develop professional, organizational, and problem-solving skills through collaboration with multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP, billing, purchasing, or contract management systems is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with billing and invoicing activities within the cieTrade platform.
  • Review and enter billing related information.
  • Support administrative purchasing activities, including purchase order creation, tracking, and documentation.
  • Maintain organized records of purchasing and vendor transactions.
  • Assist with uploading, organizing, and maintaining contracts within the Ironclad contract management system.
  • Ensure contract records are complete, accurate, and properly categorized.
  • Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Perform data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Collaborate with members of the Finance, Operations, and Administrative teams on special projects.
