About The Position

This role involves managing and growing existing medical aesthetic accounts, including dermatology, plastic surgery, and med spa practices. The Business Account Manager will drive VI Peel utilization and VI Derm adoption through strategic account planning and partnership. Success in this role is driven by utilization and partnership within an established book of business. The position offers autonomy, accountability, and the opportunity to make a real impact in the assigned territory within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

3–5+ years of sales or account management experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, or devices
Proven success growing existing accounts and driving consistent performance
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Experience managing a territory in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, accountable, and collaborative mindset
Ability to travel throughout the territory
Advanced Spanish Speaking

Existing relationships within dermatology, plastic surgery, or medspa practices
Experience selling professional skincare, peels, or aesthetic devices

Responsibilities

Manage and grow existing medical aesthetic accounts, including dermatology, plastic surgery, and med spa practices
Drive VI Peel utilization and VI Derm adoption through strategic account planning and partnership
Develop and execute quarterly business plans aligned with regional objectives
Analyze sales data and territory reports to identify trends and growth opportunities
Train accounts on product indications, protocols, and on-label usage
Partner with practices on promotions, events, and open houses to drive sell-through
Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and internal stakeholders
Maintain strong business hygiene, reporting, and territory management practices
