Requirements

A year or more of sales experience.
Organized, self-driven, and goal-focused.
A polished, professional presence and a can-do attitude.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Actively prospecting and qualifying new leads in your territory through energizing phone calls, face-to-face B2B visits, and creative outreach that gets attention.
Showcasing Sparklight’s cutting-edge broadband and voice services, customizing each pitch to meet the unique goals and challenges of small and mid-sized businesses.
Owning the entire sales journey, from first contact to final handshake—partnering with property managers, community leaders, and internal teams to deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience.
Building strong, lasting relationships by staying ahead of customer needs, offering timely upgrades, and uncovering new opportunities to help their business grow and succeed.
Crushing your sales goals with a consultative, value-driven approach that turns challenges into wins and consistently exceeds expectations.
