The Bus Person is responsible for cleaning, clearing, and setting tables in the dining area and lounge. This role involves delivering exceptional guest service, removing soiled dishes, wiping down tables and seating areas, and cleaning flooring as needed. The Bus Person also replenishes table settings, performs opening duties, greets guests, and assists with serving beverages. Additionally, they are responsible for nightly restocking, cleaning stations, familiarizing themselves with food selections and service standards, providing information on resort amenities, and assisting other team members as needed. The role also includes cleaning counters, beverage stations, and other equipment, assisting with food supply receiving and storage, and upholding a work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration. Other duties may be assigned.
