The Busser position is responsible for performing set-up and closing side work assignments such as making coffee and folding napkins. They will stock service stations or pantries with necessary items like napkins, placemats, and condiments. This role may involve transporting linens to and from the laundry, routinely filling water glasses, serving non-alcoholic beverages, and assisting servers by delivering items to member tables. The Busser will also be responsible for clearing, cleaning, and setting tables according to established service standards, as well as cleaning and wiping down various surfaces within the restaurant. Additionally, they will separate dirty China, glassware, and silver for cleaning in the kitchen and perform other duties as assigned, including room service duties.
