About The Position
As a Busser in the Grille, your objective is to provide our guests with an atmosphere of exceptional service and professionalism at all times, thereby enhancing their dining experience. The job summary is to assist in the setup, operation, and cleanup of the restaurant.
Requirements
- Food Handlers Permit
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Possess a positive attitude.
- Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to obtain a Class II gaming license.
Nice To Haves
- Six months’ restaurant experience.
- Willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
- Ability to take initiative.
- Possess active listening skills.
Responsibilities
- Pre bus, clear and resets tables during and at the conclusion of each course according to established standards.
- Sets up bus station.
- Makes sure all flatware and glassware are polished.
- Cooks off bread at the start and during shift.
- Perform other duties as asked.
- Assists wait staff when needed.
