About The Position

Forepaugh’s is seeking polished, attentive, and service-driven Server Assistants to support our front-of-house team in delivering an exceptional fine dining experience. This role is essential to the flow of service, ensuring the dining room is immaculate, tables are properly set, service stations are stocked, and guests feel cared for throughout every moment of their visit. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Professional appearance and a positive, hospitality-focused attitude
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn fine dining service standards and etiquette
• Ability to stand and remain on your feet for 4+ hours at a time
• Ability to move comfortably throughout multiple flights of stairs during service
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Fine dining experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently and discreetly
• Maintain immaculate table settings, dining room cleanliness, and service stations
• Refill water, assist with bread service, and anticipate guest needs
• Assist with plate running, polishing glassware, and restocking supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, service areas, and guest-facing spaces
• Communicate clearly with servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service flow
• Uphold Forepaugh’s standards for presentation, timing, and guest interaction
